We are currently looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) to be based out of our Quest office in Dublin, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join like-minded people in driving One Identity’s Channel strategy in this high-growth industry. Your focus will be to build relationships, create and execute campaigns, drive growth and over-achieve on revenue targets.
This position is based in our Dublin, OH office, with a requirement to work in the office 3 days a week.
-Manages existing channel partners in collaboration with Field Channel Account Manager
-Works with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities
-Execute on strategic partner business plans
-Provides channel partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company software products and services
-Identifies and qualifies new channel partners
-Coordinates One Identity sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution
-Interfaces with the channel to ensure that service level agreements are met
-Drives overall awareness of One Identity in the channel through partner facing information and enablement webinars. Works under general direction of manager. May also be supported by higher level Software Channel Account Managers for development
-Interfaces directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with One Identity software partners and support partners in driving sales across One Identity’s complete software portfolio
-6-8 years of experience in a channel/inside sales role
-Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and education
-Background in solution selling and successful negotiations
-Experience in planning and forecasting with Salesforce
-Ability to work independently as a contributor on a small team supporting a large region
-Capability to manage multiple activities and projects, delivering to expectations in a fast-paced environment
-Strong interpersonal skills beneficial for collaborating across diverse internal teams and external third-party organizations
- Requires up to 30% travel
-Must be able to work in our Dublin, OH office
Preferences
-6-8 years of channel selling experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-IT industry sales experience
-Broad knowledge of the industry and competitors
-Prior experience in selling backup and infrastructure solutions
-Strong understanding of One Identity's technologies, products, and services, as well as those from third parties, to effectively assess and meet customer requirements.
