Overview

Quest is seeking a Consulting Project Adminstrator Sr. Analyst. This Position is located within the Services Operations department and is responsible for creating projects in Financial Force for the professional services department. In the role you will be responsible for supporting the Services Delivery Team Members (In-house: Project Managers, Solution Managers etc. as well as Sub-Contractors) to ensure the accurate project data creation and invoice approving for projects Globally.

 

The Consulting Project Administrator Sr. Analyst role is based in Panama (Remote)

Responsibilities

-Create project record in Financial Force system using the documentation provided

-Make sure all documentation is signed and correctly approved

-Verify and approve subcontractor invoices

-Set up new vendors in PSA

-Contribute to the department’s process improvement initiatives as well as working with varying levels of management within the company to ensure timely processing of project documentation. This includes providing recommendations to management on new initiatives and identifying areas of improvement

-Provide first line trouble-shooting support for the services team, be capable of providing training to business as well as collecting and implementing feedback. Position will also work with the reporting team to define any business reporting requirements necessary to streamline daily activities as well as opportunities to add value to the business

-Participates as a proactive member of the Quest Software services operation team and maintains high standards of excellence and a strong work ethic. Identifies potential problems and has a proactive nature in identifying and resolving various issues

Qualifications

-3+ years’ experience working in an operations role supporting consulting team

-Excellent MS Office skills, specifically MS Word and MS Excel

-Experience in working for a Professional Services/Consulting Organization in operations/ support capacity

-General understanding Accounting Principles, Revenue Recognition, and Expense Reporting as it pertains to Professional Services Organization

-Strong presence with ability to interact with Senior Leadership

-Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, negotiation, and communications. Ability to listen, work, resolve, and prioritize issues to achieve customer satisfaction. Exceptional organization skills.

 

Physical Demands

-Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time including the operation of a computer.

-Frequently required to read, write, perform math, and operate normal office equipment.

 

Preferences

-Experience working with the Financial Force application
