We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Revenue Enablement Sr. Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic revenue enablement initiatives. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of enablement programs that drive sales performance and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of sales enablement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align enablement efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency, address challenges, and secure necessary resources.

Program Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of sales enablement programs, including onboarding, training sessions, playbook rollouts, and tool adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure all materials and tools are delivered effectively and consistently across regions or teams.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using performance metrics and feedback loops.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements and enhance future programs.

Tool & Technology Management:

  • Oversee the deployment and adoption of revenue enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, content management systems).
  • Ensure proper integration of tools within existing workflows and provide training as needed.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of all initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience:
    • 8 years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or a similar role.
    • Familiarity with sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Brainshark, 6sense).
    •  
  • Certifications:
    • PMP or other project management certifications.
  • Preferred
    • Certifications in sales methodologies or enablement strategies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
