We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant (Software Sales Engineer) to join our ANZ Sales organisation. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will partner with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support to our customers, partners & prospects across ANZ in the Information and Systems Management space. You will use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations and provide expertise on the business and technical value of our offerings versus the competition. You will play a crucial role in the team and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management, serving as a technical software authority within the organization and with Quest's strategic customers.

Responsibilities

-Qualify customers' requirements and effectively articulate their ability to meet these requirements

-Run business and technical discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer's goals and challenges

-Define and position the optimum solution to address those goals and challenges

-Manage all technical aspects of a complex sale in conjunction with experienced field personnel and specialist teams

-Present technology, infrastructure, security, and roadmap;

-Respond effectively to RFIs, RFPs, and prospects' technical diligence questions

-Work with Account Executives to build effective strategies to drive sales into new accounts

-Own the success of customer-guided trials/PoC/Pilots through hands-on delivery, effective management of acceptance criteria, and issue escalation/resolution;

-Provide partner education and support to maximize success through effective mentoring and product positioning;

-Develop and deliver exceptional company/product presentations and demonstrations 1:1 and 1:many

-Represent at Trade and Marketing events

-Relays customer feedback to assist with the future development of Quest Software's technology, products, and services

-Contributes as an effective member of a sales team by attending sales calls and hosting technical sessions

-Assumes leadership role in analyzing requirements and performing advanced systems integration and providing technical expertise to design and implement solutions across the breadth of Quest Software and third-party products and services
