Overview

As a Sales Account Manager at Quest, you will be responsible for driving the “value” of Quest’s products by developing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities with potential prospects and assigned partners across Singapore, HK and Macau.

 

This role requires a deep understanding of Quest’s solutions, their business value, and the ability to effectively communicate their transformative impact to target markets.

 

Success in this role demands a results-driven sales mindset focused on accountability, execution, and persistence. It also requires strong channel sales expertise and a relationship-building orientation to support and empower partners while consistently achieving Quest’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

 

  • Own and achieve assigned sales targets by building and maintaining a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline through both direct and partner-led opportunities.
  • Lead the recruitment, enablement, and onboarding of new go-to-market partners, ensuring alignment with Quest’s strategic priorities and regional growth objectives.
  • Execute joint sales campaigns and partner-led demand generation initiatives to expand reach and drive revenue across key market segments.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to design and implement co-selling strategies, leveraging the Quest Partner Program framework to drive structured and scalable execution.
  • Foster deep, sustainable relationships with key regional partners, transforming them into high-performing, long-term revenue contributors.
  • Facilitate regular partner training, business reviews, and opportunity planning to ensure alignment and mutual accountability.
  • Travel as required within the region and occasionally internationally to engage with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the software industry.
  • Channel sales expertise is highly desirable, with a strong ability to collaborate with and manage partner relationships.
  • Experience in selling cloud migration, cybersecurity and data analytics solutions—whether software, hybrid, virtual, or cloud-delivered—is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals exceeding USD $250,000.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDIPICC sales qualification framework is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to identify, recruit, and onboard go-to-market partners, building scalable and sustainable partner ecosystems.
  • Strong capability in selling to senior stakeholders and economic buyers with procurement authority.

Additional Attributes

  • Strong English reading and writing skills are required. Proficiency in Cantonese is a strong advantage, particularly for engaging with stakeholders in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, pre-sales, and partner teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering long-term value and building trusted relationships.
