We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to support and drive the growth of Quest’s KACE portfolio, a leading solution in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). This is a remote role with some travel required to attend key events, support enablement initiatives, and engage with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in endpoint management, cybersecurity, and enterprise backup and recovery, serving as the go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders. This role combines technical knowledge, storytelling, and modern marketing skills to position KACE as the premier choice for organizations managing complex endpoint environments.
As a PMM, you will work cross-functionally to craft compelling messaging, create innovative content, and enable sales and partner teams. Your expertise will help articulate the unique value propositions of KACE and adjacent data protection solutions, ensuring market differentiation and sustained growth.
Be the SME for Endpoint Management: Serve as the primary resource for KACE-related inquiries, demonstrating deep knowledge of UEM and cybersecurity trends.
Develop Value Messaging: Create clear and compelling messaging that articulates KACE’s benefits in simplifying endpoint management, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, oversee the production of engaging videos (using tools like DaVinci Resolve and/or After Effects if applicable), and guide the creation of graphics for various campaigns as needed. While expertise in these tools is not mandatory, a strong sense of design and the ability to discern what visually works—and what doesn’t—are essential.
Storytelling: Leverage modern skills in storytelling to showcase KACE’s relevance and impact through customer success stories, technical webinars, and creative campaigns.
Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to share key messaging, build community engagement, and amplify brand presence. Monitor industry conversations to identify emerging trends and opportunities to connect with practitioners and customers.
Customer & Market Intelligence: Conduct surveys, engage in online forums, and connect with practitioners to gather insights into customer needs, market/industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Use these insights to refine messaging and inform go-to-market strategies.
Enablement: Collaborate with sales and partner teams to develop enablement materials such as battle cards, solution briefs, and demo scripts that empower teams to communicate value effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, corporate marketing, and engineering teams to align go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely execution and consistent messaging.
Market Research: Stay ahead of emerging trends in endpoint management and cybersecurity, using insights to position Quest as a leader in the market.
