The Quest Global Channels team is looking for a Global Channel Programs & Strategy Consultant to join our organization, reporting directly to our Sr. Director of Global Channels. This will be a highly visible role requiring proven channel strategy experience and track record of execution. This consultant will not only define, build, and lead our Global Channel Programs, Strategy, and routes to market for the Quest portfolio, but will be capable of balancing a mix of tactical and strategic priorities, including project management and program development. Our consultant will understand and internalize the Quest vision, solution portfolio, product roadmap, and go-to-market activities and effectively communicate these to partner constituents.

 

This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate would be in the Austin,TX area.

Responsibilities

This role is focused on global channel strategy, partner engagement, and go-to-market execution, particularly for a high-growth technology channel business. Here’s a more concise summary of the key responsibilities:

  • Global Channel Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a global channel strategy and annual playbook, emphasizing partner-led growth, recruitment, and activation. 
  • Market and Partner Growth: Develop strategies to expand and grow the ecosystem in key segments and services, fostering strong relationships with strategic partners to enhance channel engagement.
  • Program Development and Execution: Own the partner program's development and execution, collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and strategize on program enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Act as the main liaison with marketing, finance, operations, and geo sales teams, aligning on strategic initiatives and channel programs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze competitive data to refine channel priorities, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a central interface with Finance, Operations, and regional Sales teams, ensuring clear communication of Channel Programs and Strategic Initiatives across all relevant departments. This role requires aligning internal teams to maintain cohesive execution and strategic focus.
  • Regional Partner Support: Provide targeted regional support to key partners, especially in areas where local engagement is crucial. This includes fostering strong relationships, addressing local challenges, and promoting the overall health of the channel in each region to drive sustainable growth.

 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in channel strategy, program management, product strategy/management
  • Strong channel experience in marketing, sales and/or operations. Must understand channel as a GTM strategy
  • Experience in managing channel operations globally, navigating and communicating with partners to achieve positive partner experience
  • Knowledge of channel industry practices, competitive products, and research data
  • Understanding of global market trends, assumptions, practices and policies
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects-Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Outstanding communications skills and ability to communicate strategic direction, innovative thinking, and plans to Executive Leadership
  • Available for global travel (10%)
