Overview

A business-oriented team leader responsible for business and solution strategy of One Identity’s key product pillars – Privileged Account Management (PAM). Responsible for defining the strategy for all PAM products in support of One Identity’s overall vision and strategy. Working with a team of Product Managers, this role will own the product set across all stages of the lifecycle and all aspects of its delivery. Working closely with the One Identity Engineering leaders to ensure timely and comprehensive product delivery. Reporting to the VP Product Management, this role will also be called upon to prepare and deliver product updates and activity metrics. Working among other pillar leaders to ensure coherence and collaboration across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying market requirements, user stories and epics for current and future releases by conducting market research supported by conversation with customers, partners, and staff.
  • Managing the entire product/solution life cycle from initial concept to business, including strategic planning, and tactical activities
  • Act as the “CEO” and leader of the solution across the whole business
  • Analyse market segments, customer needs per segment, and synthesize into product and solution strategies
  • Develop and track key metrics for product growth and success
  • Directing development of core product content, market requirements documents, positioning, messaging, evidence and demos
  • Managing a team including Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Developing technology partner relationships that accelerate product adoption
  • Identification and analysis of potential targets for acquisition
  • Act as the spokesperson for the pillar with analysts and press
  • Comfortable presenting to senior staff within One Identity including executive leadership, finance and sales leaders as well as C-level executives in customer or partner firms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading Product Management teams
  • 5+ years of experience in the privilege account management (PAM) market Experience in creating and developing SaaS solutions required
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering new SaaS solutions through the entire life cycle
  • Experience in creating and developing on-premises and cloud-hosted solutions across the full product/service life cycle
  • Ideally Pragmatic Marketing Certification for Product Management
  • Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Proven speaker, ideally press trained
  • Experience of IAM/IGA would be beneficial
  • Experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity technology would be beneficial
  • Experience with artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, operational technology are strong positives 

An undergraduate B.A. or B.S. degree is required; an MBA is preferred. Experience with Unix, Linux and IT operations are a strong plus. Travel, in many cases, internationally to attend and present at conferences and industry events, meetings with key customers and partners will be required.
