Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to;

• Process on average 300 invoices in a timely fashion
• Ensuring payments are processed and posted accurately and on timely manner
• Resolving invoice posting/reconciliation issues
• Ensure vendor documentation are in compliance to local requirements
• Handle and resolve queries from vendor pertaining to invoices and payments
• Prepare relevant reports required by manager
• Handles audit queries related to Accounts Payable
• Involve in continuous improvement

As the successful candidate, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented with solid commercial experience

Other key qualifications include:

• Qualification in Accounting/ Finance or professional degree is essential
• 2+ years commercial experience as Accounts Payable Analyst with large volume processing 
• Experience working in a MNC/global company
• Flexible, positive and proactive attitude
• Proficient in English both written and verbal
• Organized and efficient in dealing with high transactional volume tasks
• Experience in AP shared service center will be an added advantage
