We are currently looking for a Software Inside Sales Representative III to concentrate on our Information & Systems Management (ISM) solutions, based in our Dublin,Ohio or Austin,Texas office.

Responsibilities

-The position entails the sale of Quest's software products and services, mainly via over 20 outbound calls and emails each day, in addition to aiming for more than six customer meetings weekly, focusing on State, Local Government, and Higher Education sectors.

-The role involves addressing customer queries, collaborating efficiently with a team, and acquiring extensive knowledge of Quest's software technologies, products, and services to tailor them to customer requirements.

-This role involves explaining technical, industry, and market details to position Quest Software as a competitive solution, working with colleagues from various departments to facilitate the sales process, comprehending the administrative and operational aspects of the job, and exercising prudent judgment in evaluating information for everyday decision-making.

Qualifications

-Over 4 years of experience in outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales, supplemented by a relevant educational background or equivalent experience in the field.

-A comprehensive understanding of Quest Software's full range of technologies, products, and services, as well as those from third parties, is crucial, along with the ability to determine how these offerings meet customer requirements.

-Broad knowledge of the industry and competitors.

-Elementary skills in customer relationship management.

-Understanding the administrative and operational requirements of the job.

-Demonstrates reliable judgment in evaluating information to make routine decisions.

 

PREFERENCE

-Bachelor’s degree or higher
