We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer interested in network protocols and security, to join the One Identity Team in Hungary. At One Identity you may work from home, but you will never feel remote, or you can join the Hungarian offices in Budapest and Veszprém as well!

-You will work in a feature development team to find solutions to interesting problems while using mainstream technologies such as Python and Rust. 

-You will use your creativity to design, develop, maintain and enhance modules using technologies such as network proxies, TLS, authentication protocols, X.509, etc.

-You will have the freedom to conduct developer testing of code changes and perform source code peer reviews. 

-You will have the chance to continuously improve your and your teammates' skills

-You should be proficient in Python development.

-You should have experience with Rust and Scala.

-Yous should have strong Linux server applications development experience, including TCP/IP and multi-threading. 

-You should have knowledge of network technologies / protocols. 

Nice-to-have:

-Experience with Azure platform. 

-Experience with C/C++. 

-Proficiency in Scala programming.

-Working knowledge of Linux containers and Docker. 

-Familiarity with open-source software and projects. 

-Confident level of English and Hungarian 

-Experience of working in an agile environment 

-An Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field 'preferred'.  Relevant experience considered.
