Overview

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling Quest software product portfolio to a geographic or vertical set of defined Enterprise and BSFI accounts in Mumbai region.

Responsibilities

-Selling the breadth of Quest software product portfolio in West India region across Enterprise and BSFI  accounts

-Identifies appropriate software products and services to meet the full range of customer needs

-Identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize Quest Software’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs

-Acts as the point of contact for escalated issues

-Skilfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs-Actively participates in setting sales objectives to meet plans

-Escalates matters of business risk as soon as practicable

-Influences others through their sales expertise

-Manages critical customer sales and accounts across a large geographical region

-Models effective team behaviour at all times

Qualifications

-Graduate or Postgraduate with 6+ years software sales experience is preferred

-Direct end customer sales experience is a must

-Strong account engagement skills, with the ability to drive outcome-based selling and solution selling

-Demonstrable experience selling to large enterprise and banks

-Prior experience in delivering $1M plus qouta

-Experience managing complex deals like Enterprise License Agreements and solution selling

-Specialized breadth or depth of knowledge as well as a proven record of sales success in the software industry

-Understands and responds to customer’s decision-making process, goals, objectives, and strategies

-Strong business and financial acumen required

-Mandatory experience in BFSI domain across West India region

-Candidate with prior expreience in North India sales exposure is a plus

-Strong internal and external collaboration skills required

-60% travel is required local and national
