Analyst Relations Manager - East Coast/Midwest/Central US

We are currently looking for an Analyst Relations Manager to join the One Identity Corporate Communications team. This is a remote based role and travel as needed.


-Develop, oversee, and implement a strategic analyst relations program, fostering strong relationships with industry analysts and serving as a primary contact and facilitator.

-Track and analyze analyst research agendas and coverage, creating a proactive research and engagement schedule.

-Execute a targeted AR plan, focusing on key programs and activities, including regular analyst inquiries, briefings, and research reports to highlight the company’s business and product strategy, innovations, and market leadership.

-Provide guidance on leveraging analyst firms for marketing campaigns and enhancing internal market and competitor insights.

-Offer strategic advice to One Identity leadership on influential analyst insights and feedback to add business value.

-Work closely with key stakeholders across the company, including business, sales, and marketing leaders, to bolster One Identity’s market position.


-8+ years of work experience in enterprise software, with at least 5 years dedicated to Analyst Relations roles. Experience in the security or cybersecurity industry is preferred, especially if you have established relationships with key analysts in this sector.

-Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.

-Proven ability to design and manage a comprehensive analyst relations program.

-Significant experience with major industry evaluations, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves.

-Deep understanding of leading enterprise technology analyst firms – Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.

-Proven track record of influencing key decision-makers and shaping analysts' research agendas.

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for gathering and disseminating valuable research from both internal and external sources.

-Entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to thrive in a high-visibility, accountable role.
