Overview

The Quest Global Channels team is looking for a National Solution Provider (NSP) Senior Channel Account  Manager to join our Global Channel organization, reporting directly to our Global Channels Sr. Director. This will be a highly visible role requiring proven channel management experience driving one of our largest strategic partner accounts. The ideal candidate will understand and internalize the Quest vision, solution portfolio, product roadmap, and go-to-market activities and effectively leverage those skills with National Solution Providers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for attaining 100% or more of the set sales quota with key strategic partners across all Quest business units
  • Responsible for designing/recommending programs, products, contracts, solutions, and services for the NSP community.
  • Will achieve goals aligned with and leveraging regional Quest business unit field and channel sales
  • Train and develop NSP sales, pre-sales, and service resources via regional enablement programs
  • Effectively lead demand generation and marketing program initiatives by leveraging Quest marketing, NSP marketing, marketing development funds, and Quest programs.
  • Working with BU GMs and Geo Sales Leaders to develop and drive the NSP strategy and annual playbook development for NSPs
  • Introduce, develop, and execute all NSP business plans to support the growth of the Quest channel business
  • Establish regional NSP office expansion with Quest Solutions by increasing the number of NSP sales, pre-sales, and services resources driving Quest solutions
  • Collaborate with global channel sales, strategy, operations, and marketing teams to drive NSP support
  • Utilize and provide competitive and market insights to shape the direction of the NSP channel to optimize revenue growth
  • Drive Partner Transformation and engagement process

Qualifications

  • Available for travel (50%)
  • Experience working with enterprise channel experience, especially with NSPs.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales and/or sales leadership
  • Knowledge of channel industry practices, competitive products, and research data
  • Understanding of channel market trends, assumptions, practices, and policies
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate strategic direction, innovative thinking, and plans to Executive Leadership
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and matrixed work environment
  • Collaborative, broad cultural awareness with the ability to work across all geographies
