We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, playing a pivotal role in the success of our projects. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be located in Panama (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating workshops to elicit and document business requirements. Your analytical skills will be crucial in translating these requirements into comprehensive Salesforce solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure a clear understanding of business needs and contribute to the development of strategies that align with organizational objectives. Juggling multiple projects simultaneously, you'll be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

-Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop detailed documentation of current and future state processes, including process maps, data flow and swimlane diagrams ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user needs and objectives that create compelling presentations and visuals to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and developers

-Salesforce Integration: Analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business goals.

-Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to assess the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.

-Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones.

-User Training: Develop and deliver to our business engagement team the high level instructions on what features will be delivered to enable the creation for user training programs to enhance the adoption and proficiency of Salesforce applications.

-Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and industry best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement of Salesforce functionality.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Expertise is required: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform functionalities, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Saleforce Analytics Experience is required
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and innovative team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Must be proficient in English
