The Salesforce Admin/Developer will work closely with the global Salesforce team and subject matter experts in developing and implementing solutions.
This position will be responsible for overall system configuration, maintenance, support, and enhancements/improvement of Salesforce.com. This includes related systems integration and APIs. The Salesforce.com Admin/Developer will work with a cross-functional team to identify needs and requirements and will apply industry standards development, documentation and always follow best practices in developing solutions.
-Analyze and understand existing SFDC processes and workflows and setup and propose options for continuous improvement
-Provide an intuitive UI for Sales, CPQ & Service including any supporting tools as needed
-Assess the impact of new requirements on SFDC and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
-Tailor a solution that meets the business needs while expanding the Salesforce footprint.
-Contribute technical expertise to business projects and create solutions to meet challenges including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements
-Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs.
-Provide documentation and deliver knowledge transfer where applicable
-4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer
-Salesforce Certification for admin required and Dev certification is a major plus
-Above average communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication at all levels of the organization, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
-Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture
-Salesforce Lightning experience
-Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ and Service Cloud
-Experience writing Apex classes and triggers
-Experience in flows, approval flows and email templates
-Experience using Salesforce Schema and data tools: Copado, Prodly, Data Loader a plus
-Work with 3rd party applications and integrations via real-time, batch, sync/async
-Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
-Ability to multitask many competing priorities and deadlines
